Crutch Height:
- Depress the push button and pull down the foot/crutch tip piece to the desired height marked on the crutch (Fitting Tip: the armpit pad should be one to two fingers below armpit crease.) . Ensure you snap and lock the push button back in place.
Hand Grip Adjustment:
- There should be a slight bend in your elbow. (Fitting Tip: with your arm extended and hanging down the crutch hand piece should be at the level of the wrist joint). Set and tighten the wing-nut bolts to the desired position.
Periodically check wing nuts for tightness.
