Instructions for Sizing

Crutch Height:

• Depress the push button and pull down the foot/crutch tip piece to the desired height marked on the crutch (Fitting Tip: the armpit pad should be one to two fingers below armpit crease.) . Ensure you snap and lock the push button back in place.

Hand Grip Adjustment: 

• There should be a slight bend in your elbow. (Fitting Tip: with your arm extended and hanging down the crutch hand piece should be at the level of the wrist joint). Set and tighten the wing-nut bolts to the desired position.

Periodically check wing nuts for tightness.

Three sizes:

• Small - 4’ 3” to 5’ 2” (130 to 157 cm)
• Medium - 5’ 1” to 5’ 10” (155 to 178 cm)
• Large - 5’ 8” to 6’ 2” (173 to 188 cm)
