Corrects alignment of joints of the fingers to improve extension, strength and function of the hand and thereby can provide reduced pain and joint stiffness. For patients with Arthitis. Ulnar deviation is likely to be a characteristic for those with various forms of inflammatory diseases, such as Rheumatoid arthritis. Can also be used for realignment and stabilization in people with joint laxity and muscle weakness.
Indication For Use:
- For patients with inflammatory and degenerative diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, that has resulted in ulnar deviation
- Hyper-mobile joints and weak muscles to provide stability
Not intended for use with fixed contractures of the hand.
