Application
| 1. | Open strap and place padded portion of strap under kneecap (patella), with textured finish against skin. |
| 2. | Make sure buckle is on outside (lateral) side of knee. |
| 3. | Thread strap through buckle and pull back onto itself to fasten hook and loop closure. |

Adjust to desired comfort level without inhibiting circulation.

Care & cleaning:
Remove any metal stays if possible, close all contact closures and hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Product should be air-dried, do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.
