As you are within our return policy, but outside of our 10 day eligible free return shipping option, we would be happy to approve your return with us but this would require a $10 shipping charge (plus HST) to be paid before our return shipping label to be emailed to you.
Once the payment has been made, we will be notified of your request and a return shipping label will be sent you way by email within 1 business day. Please place your item in a suitable shipment box to ship back the item(s). We will refund you once it is received back to our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
